We want you to be satisfied – that's why we attach great importance to customer care. We assign you a dedicated, personal contact person. Because we are convinced of this: Those who know you well can help you even better with high-performance solutions. This applies to advice before selecting systems, for the purchase and subsequent support; and if, despite the best quality, something does go wrong, your contact will also arrange support.
At Thomas-Krenn, you are looked after by competent experts. This is no coincidence: to ensure that our technicians and consultants are always up to date, they continuously take part in coaching and further training. In this way, we can also guarantee you up-to-date know-how at a personal level as well as the right nose for upcoming trends. All of this can be verified by countless certifications, both in the Windows and Linux/Proxmox worlds.

Your services
To ensure that you can use high-performance and reliable servers, the Thomas-Krenn team works at full speed long before a launch: research & development, purchasing and, above all, comprehensive tests for all (!) configurations available later, including automatically generated data sheets. We test every server and the associated software, including variants and versions, in our in-house laboratory before the start of sales – so you are guaranteed a mature, innovative, high-performance, durable and sustainable system.
Whether with a personal contact person, our intelligent configurator, which only allows possible combinations and calculates the precise power requirements of your product, or via our systems engineering team, which can manufacture individual products for you from a batch size of just 1: At Thomas-Krenn, you always acquire a customized system with ideally matched components. A large warehouse and fast processes ensure that we can start the actual assembly as soon as we receive your order.
Your system is manufactured promptly and exclusively by the employees at our headquarters in Freyung – tailor-made right down to the cabling, which is optimized for „your“ configuration. Our systems engineering team also carries out all customizations there before the system is shipped - from corporate branding to larger special requests. Via our „software filling station“ we also carry out pre-installations that you have previously commissioned in the configuration process.
For most of our customers, our systems form the backbone of their IT – correspondingly important is the reliability that we ensure from the first sketch and long after commissioning: our support team will assist you in German or English from our headquarters in Freyung around the clock by telephone and, by arrangement, also at your premises. Our well-stocked warehouse also helps here – in case of doubt, we can provide replacement components quickly and easily and bring them to you promptly.
Your partner
We always work loyally, professionally and openly - whether with customers, resellers, technology or other partners. This is how we achieve more for you and our offer to you. Two examples: Through close cooperation with the associated GmbH, we combine open source advantages and the best support; and thanks to our cooperation with the Linux Professional Institute (LPI), we gain comprehensive know-how that we can pass on to you. And all this is only possible because you also work in partnership with us and give us feedback – you are also welcome to visit us on site as part of a company tour.
From products such as our „Blue Angel server“ – the first server to be awarded the seal of the Federal Environment Agency– to the in-house waste heat recovery of our own IT and cooperation on products: Sustainability permeates our work in many areas. You benefit from this in very concrete terms, for example through lower electricity costs when operating the solutions; and as we carry out an individual calculation of consumption for each configuration, you even know about this in advance. And you can use the information for your own CSRD reporting.
From the operational suggestion system for small improvements to our systems engineering team and cooperation with leading technology providers such as Microsoft, AMD, Intel, Asus, NetApp, Huawei, Netgear, Nvidia, Open-E, OPNSense, Proxmox or SanDisk, Supermicro, WesternDigital, Tandberg and Veeam: we put our energy into ensuring that you receive innovative solutions for your project and your requirements. We use our lean structures together with the know-how of our partners to your advantage.
What applies to end customers also applies to resellers – both in terms of technology and offerings as well as the way in which we work with you. And we offer even more for the special requirements of resellers: inventory and customer protection are just as much a matter of course when you work with us as the right attractive conditions and support with marketing and sales – from the simple provision of a logo to content and joint customer references.
